SPANISH Speaking Business Development Representative
Salary + Strong Commission, Full Opportunity: $100K-$250K The Business Development Representative is highly engaged in business development of the OEM, Public Utility (Electric, Gas, Telecommunications, Cable, Water/Sewer) and Asset Management (RFID and Bar Coding) markets.  Activities include sales prospecting/follow-up, lead and referral generation, client relationship development, collaborating with marketing and product development, trade shows and other related sales activities. One Senior Position will need fluent Spanish for travel to the Central and South American markets, though not exclusively. Another Junior sales representative will work internally and learn our industry. (Another position for a Less seasoned sales rep, Salary 40K, English speaking)
Our client is a successful and growing manufacturer and distributor of custom labeling and marking products including: logo labels, warning signs, asset markers, bar code labels and RFID tags.  They are an innovative industry leader that designs and produces the highest quality products for their Fortune 500 customers in the OEM, Telecommunications, Electric Utility, and Warehouse/Logistics markets.
Training Focus:
Core Products, Manufacturing Processes and Best Value-added Sales Techniques. 
Work with production staff to accurately write specifications and quotations
  • Understand product offerings and capabilities of vendors, and partners
  • Input data into CRM (SalesForce.com) and ERP software programs
  • Travel with management or sales staff to customer sites, trade shows and vendors
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments for company product and market development
  • Work on special projects as assigned

  • 1 Jr. Sales Rep, English speaking
